Ever since the early 2000′s, I’ve had a place in my heart for web/digital design. Back when Geocities was the only web hosting site I knew of, where I could play and teach myself HTML and find out how many cheesy animated gif’s I could fit in a page. I’ve come a long way since then, my passion for design hasn’t changed, but my skills and knowledge in design have flourished. In 2008, I graduated the two year New Media Production and Design program at SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary, AB, and since then, I’ve been working at ICOM Productions as a Content Designer.

Aside from my obsession with design, I have many other interests and hobbies that fill my spare time. My blog is where I’ll talk about those things, such as: crafts, games, traveling, music, art and whatever else tickles my fancy. I enjoy working on different crafty projects like crocheting amigurumi or painting custom vinyl toys. I also enjoy drawing, illustrating, sewing, photography, baking. I’m happiest when doing anything creative.

Music is another interest of mine. I like to listen to most genres of music and always love finding new artists to listen to. I also love going to concerts and I have no problem going to them by myself. Check out my last.fm to see the music I’ve been listening to. I also love traveling! Nothing is more exciting then visiting a new place and seeing new sights, tasting new food, experiencing the culture, and meeting new people.
